You're invited to participate in our upcoming TUNe Conference April 26-28, 2026 in Orlando, FL.
This conference will be centered on information that TELESCAN OWNERS and MANAGERS will value; this then brings the decision makers to the event for your best possible contact. Your current clients will be in attendance and we hope you will be too!
This conference is a great opportunity to spend some time with and to further educate our membership in a networking setting. Your registration fee includes a vending table but because our group is very open we encourage you to participate in all the general sessions, social activities and meals where you will have access on an informal basis.

* Table location assignment will be assigned on a 1st submitted & paid, 1st choice basis & will be assigned by TUNe with table signs before set up. *
TUNe assumes no responsibility for items left unattended in meeting, vendor areas or exhibit rooms.

1. Needs to be for the good of the membership individually and as a whole
2. No high-pressure sales allowed
Vendor Shipping Info:
Any materials being sent to the hotel, please include the following information:
- Hold for TUNe meeting 4/26/26
- Attn: (Reps Name and Company Name)
- Complete return address
- Number of packages (Example: Box 1 of 2, Box 2 of 2, etc.)

The vendor is responsible for insuring its property for loss or damage.
The Hotel does not accept any liability for equipment, goods, displays or other materials that arrive unmarked or fail to arrive at the Hotel.
Please due not send packages for arrival more than 3 days before event. Due to limited storage space, additional storage charges will be applied to packages stored more than three (3) business days.
Vendor is responsible for the arrangements and all expenses of shipping materials, merchandise, exhibits, or any other items to and from Hotel. Hotel is not able to receive COD packages. The Hotel policies of safe handling are based on advice from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the federal Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
